How can I track my package?

What materials do you use for your bags?
  • Authentic West African textiles. We source premium hand-loomed Aso Oke, hand-dyed Adire, authentic Ankara wax prints, sustainable organic jute, and premium leather.
Are the bags genuinely handmade?
  • 100% handcrafted in Nigeria. Local master artisans meticulously weave, dye, cut, and stitch every single piece in our collection.
Will my bag look exactly like the photo on the website?
  • Each piece is uniquely yours. Because our fabrics are hand-dyed and hand-loomed, slight variations in pattern placement may occur, making your bag uniquely one-of-a-kind.

How do I clean and maintain my handcrafted bag?
  • Aso Oke & Ankara bags: Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash.
  • Jute & Burlap totes: Gently brush off dry dirt. Spot clean stained areas lightly; do not submerge in water.
What size laptop fits inside your briefcase/travel totes?
  • Fits standard 15-inch laptops. Most of our structured executive totes comfortably hold up to a 15.6" device. Please check individual product dimensions for exact details.
